Fall River FFA

The Fall River FFA chapter is dedicated to developing student leaders, strengthening career skills, and promoting agricultural education through hands-on learning and real-world experiences. FFA at Fall River School goes beyond the classroom, giving students opportunities to grow as leaders while exploring careers fields in agriscience, natural resources, and agribusiness.

FFA Mission

FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.

FFA Motto

Learning to Do, Doing to Learn, Earning to Live, Living to Serve.

Three Components of Agricultural Education

  • Agricultural Education classroom instruction
  • Supervised Agricultural Experience programs (work-based learning)
  • FFA

Youth Development

Today, there are more than 1 million FFA members in more than 9,000 FFA chapters in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. FFA members are in grades 5-12 and college.

FFA develops members’ potential and helps them discover their talent through hands-on experiences, which give members the tools to achieve real-world success.

Students in FFA participate in a wide range of activities that build leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Through career development events, community service projects, and leadership conferences, members gain practical experience and confidence that prepare them for success in both college and the workforce.

FFA members grow their career and leadership skills by participating in:

  • Leadership Development Events
  • Career Development Events
  • National and State FFA Conventions
  • Fall Leadership Workshops, F.I.R.E. Conference, Half-Time Conference, EDGE Conference, and National FFA Leadership Conferences
  • National FFA Week activities
  • Band, Chorus and Talent Opportunities
  • Community Service

Fall River School takes a collaborative approach to student leadership. FFA student leaders work alongside peers involved in SkillsUSA and Robotics, allowing students to share leadership responsibilities, exchange ideas, and support one another across organizations. This shared leadership model strengthens student voice while ensuring meaningful involvement for all members.

The Fall River School FFA chapter is proud to support our school and community by promoting responsibility, service, and lifelong learning. Whether students plan to pursue agricultural careers or simply want to develop leadership skills, FFA provides a welcoming and engaging opportunity to learn, lead, and grow.
