Fall River Robotics gives students hands-on experience in science, technology, engineering, and problem-solving through collaborative, project-based learning. The program encourages creativity, critical thinking, and innovation while helping students explore STEM-related careers in a supportive, team-centered environment.
Fall River School Robotics fosters curiosity, innovation, and confidence. Whether students plan to pursue careers in engineering, technology, or other fields, Robotics offers a dynamic opportunity to learn, lead, and grow.
Vex Robotics Mission
The mission of VEX Robotics is to create tools that mentors will use to shape the students of today into the problem-solving leaders of tomorrow. The program aims to encourage STEM activities and engage students into problem-solving.
Youth Development
VEX Robotics provides a platform for students to apply their knowledge and skills in a real-world context, promoting teamwork, creativity, and leadership.
Students involved in Robotics design, build, and program robots while learning to work through real-world challenges. Along the way, they develop technical skills, teamwork, communication, and perseverance—skills that are valuable in both college and career pathways.
Competition Brings STEM Skills to Life
The VEX Robotics competition prepares students to become future innovators. Tournaments are held year-round at the regional, state, and national levels and culminate at the VEX Robotics World Championship each April.
Fall River School uses a shared student leadership model across student organizations. Robotics student leaders collaborate with peers in FFA and SkillsUSA, allowing leadership responsibilities, ideas, and experiences to be shared across programs.
