At Fall River School, our small size is a strength—especially when it comes to student leadership. To ensure strong student voice and meaningful participation, Fall River School shares student leadership across three career and technical student organizations: FFA, SkillsUSA, and Robotics.
Rather than separating leadership roles by organization, this shared model allows student leaders to collaborate across programs, bringing ideas, perspectives, and energy from one group to another. It encourages cooperation instead of competition and helps students see how different skills and pathways connect.
For students, shared leadership provides rich leadership experiences without overwhelming participation demands. Students develop communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while representing their peers in multiple organizations. They also gain exposure to agriculture, technical trades, and STEM-focused learning—reflecting the diverse opportunities available at Fall River School.

For the school and community, this approach ensures continuity, strong representation, and consistent student involvement across all three organizations. Most importantly, it reinforces Fall River School’s commitment to empowering students as active leaders who help shape school culture and prepare for success beyond the classroom.
